Representation Agreement

Accepted influencers will enter into a separate representation agreement outlining specific terms of partnership, commission structures, exclusivity clauses, and duration of representation.

Brands using our services agree to:

  • Honor agreed-upon payment terms and compensation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Essential Talent or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

By submitting content to us, you grant Essential Talent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services and promoting our platform.

7. Payment and Fees

Essential Talent operates on a commission-based model for influencer partnerships. Specific commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in individual representation agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
